1. What is the Cover Material?

Our covers are a high quality Hard Case Cover which measures 4 millimeters in thickness on the front and back cover. The inside is lined black with fingerprint resistant material. Our Photo Cover Edition comes in Silk Matt finish. Our Classic Foil Edition comes in High Quality Linen in 5 colours.

Our Gift Boxes are available in Black, Blue or White. The inside of the box is lined with attractive padded foam to keep the VideoBook snug and safe. You can add the Gift Box as an option at check out.

All our video books are delivered charged and have a continuous playtime of between 3-4 hrs. So, they will last for quite a long time on a single charge. Keep in mind that our VideoBooks playtime is only when the Video is playing. As they automatically come to life and oprerate when you open the cover, 3-4 hours of playtime is a considerable amount of viewing. Each Book arrives with a USB-C to USB-A cable that plugs into the bottom of the screen. Then plug the USB-C side of the cable into any computer or compatible charger (such as a phone charger) and let it charge away. Typically, it takes 2-6 hours for a full charge, dependant on the charger. There is a battery indicator when charging.

Our VideoBooks are not limited on how long a video can be however the hard drive has a maximum capacity of of 8 GB storage which is up to 4-8 hours of footage (subject to change dependent on video resolution).

Delivery in Australia allow 10 working days for standard free shipping and 6 working days for express shipping. Our VideoBooks come with a 10 inch screen in a Landscape cover. The screen measurements are 123 mm high x 221 mm wide. They offer a modern 16:9 aspect ratio with 1080 HD resolution and have a capacity of 8 GB storage which is up to 4-8 hours of footage (subject to change dependent on video resolution). Each video book comes with a USB cable which allows you to upload more videos. The screens have buttons, play/pause, forward and rewind to scroll and fast forward/rewind between videos and volume up and volume down, to make the experience interactive and exciting.

We recommend encoding your videos up to 1080p, up to 30 frames per second and 2-8Mbps (2000-8000Kbps). 4K video files will not play on the device. If you encounter issues, send us your video together with your order number and we will convert your video to a compatible version with our video book.

The 10 inch screen with the hard cover book measures 220mm high x 300mm wide.
