WOW! I have had the best experience. Everytime I rang for assistance, every phone call was picked up and 5-star help was provided. (Funny story... I must of rang so many times that Rebecca could recognise my voice & would greet by my firstname LOL). A big thanks yo Christian for all the guifance. The personal touch makes all the difference. Can't recommend this company more. Something happened to my book whilst in transit with the courier, and it didn't work when I received it. I called the company and spoke to Frank who was more than helpful. After identifying the troubleshooting didn't work he organised another video book and had it sent out asap. Absolutely blown away by how amazing my video book from Australian-based company VideoBooks turned out. I ordered it earlier this week and it has already arrived. How incredible. I cried watching it. It is a present for my Mum for Christmas of her time spent with my 2.5yo since birth. My Mum is going to love this video book. Now I can't wait to make one for me and my hubby! I cannot recommend this product enough. The quality is amazing, the customer service during the creation process was top-notch and then it was made, packed, sent (and arrived) within a week.  Also, just to note, I am in no way affiliated with this company and this review is 100% just because I am so thrilled with the product and I want others to know there is an Aussie company doing awesome work!
